Surestart Maternity Grant Question
If you apply for this grant post birth, is it okay to still send your MATB1 form as evidence? Would I need to enclose a written letter of child's birth too and get that signed by a professional? If so who would I need to sign this?

You bring the completed form and mat b to local jobcentre and they will send it off for you x
Thank you @Savannah, I wasn't sure if I would need anything additional now she's actually born as she was overdue so her due date is obviously different to her birth date xx
Double check online as it may be different if she’s overdue x
the birth date is just to make sure they are under 6 months (if I remember correctly lol) I did mine before I gave birth so it might be different after birth.
