Gift for a mum friend

Hi ladies! I’m visiting a friend who lives in Rome in a couple days and was wondering what to get her from London. She’s a mum to a 1 year old baby girl and we haven’t met for a couple years. What was a gift that you got and really loved as a new mama?

Aww Hamleys is a great idea for the babies! I already have a gift for her little one though, was just thinking about what to gift the mum.

Is she English originally? Maybe a care package with English stuff you can’t get as easily/cheaply in Italy. Nice biscuits/ tea bags/marmite (if she likes it) Cadbury’s chocolate. I lived abroad for a few years and you do miss the little things Or some nice toiletries to pamper herself a little with.
