How much yoghurt is too much?

My 20m old LOVES wildlife choob yoghurts, he's had 2 already today. Plus a berry Greek yoghurt pouch. I'm 99% sure if he could he'd just eat yoghurt all day everyday. Should I be letting him eat that much? We're at a picky/fussy stage aswell

Mine is the same but Greek yoghurt !!

@Amy I suppose it's better than them living off berries! I don't think my bank could take it😂

Could you mix it up with custard, rice pudding, jelly, mousse?

🤣🤣🤣

Does he also drink cows milk? If so you'll want to limit one or the other to not have too much dairy that blocks iron absorption. Otherwise I'd try putting things into the yogurt like berries or nut butters to give it extra nutrients.

Definitely restrict the choob yoghurts they absolutely packed full of sugar. Greek and plain yoghurt is the only yoghurt they need but yes they can’t have too much of this as greek yoghurt is high in protein. It’s the same with everything though. Don’t have too much of one item.

Thanks all, he does have cows milk but I do restrict dairy overall anyways I get a bit paranoid🙃 I've tried the berries in Greek yoghurt but nope! I'm not sure if he just likes the fact its in a tube and he can just suck it instead of spoon feeding?

Mine is exactly the same if I try mixing anything with it

Could you try something like this? Transfer Greek yoghurt into the tubes & then snip the corner off of the bottom. Could also freeze to make yoghurt lollies x
