How quick are triage to answer your calls?
I’ve called them on two different occasions now, first time waited on hold for 45 minutes, second time 1 hour 30 minutes on hold.
Just wanted to see if other trusts are also like this or I’m just unlucky with mine 🥲

I don't think I've ever waited longer than 3 minutes
Are you ringing your pregnancy assessment unit?
Are you talking about the maternity assessment unit or 111? Because the MAU has always answered me straight away or almost, and every time I've been there was a person whose job was to be at reception.
Maybe a minute or two?
No longer than a minute really!

Wow that’s waaay too long for MAU!!! 8 mins tops! And then they apologised profusely
Omg that is terrible. When I called triage on Saturday they answered straight away and I had my baby less than an hour later. I couldn't have waited that long!

Errrm. I think the longest I've waited was 20 minutes but it was when Badger Notes had gone down and they were insanely busy too. It was chaos when I went up.
