Baby eats very well at nursery but not at home?

Does anyone else find that their baby eats 'more than one portion' of their meals at nursery but will outright reject a full meal at home? I've tried making him the same meals even but he just isn't interested. It's really getting me down sometimes! It's not even that he's full from having eaten at nursery because he does it on non-nursery days too.

YES omg. Or he’ll eat something once, then reject it, then ask for it the next night when I obviously haven’t made it. It’s exhausting and makes me want to not cook

We are the complete opposite! He doesn't eat a thing when at nursery but he is a foodie at home!

My child is the opposite 😂

@Jade I'm glad it's not just mine who doesn't eat at nursery xx

@Laura my little one will eat breakfast and all his snacks but he’s never eaten lunch only the fruit afterwards. And dinner is hit and miss he eats like a sandwich tea, pinwheels , but not a hot meal and they have just changed the menu and it’s for the worst ! Apparently all the kids don’t like it 😬😬😬😬. Really worrying though when they don’t eat when not in your care ! Xxx

@Jade We give our boy breakfast before we go and make sure he is filled up haha 😂 he doesn't eat snacks or lunch! Then we pick him up at 4 so it's a long time to not eat but I've spoken to nursery and from next week we are just going to do half days and see if this helps him settle in (he isn't having a good time and is very clingy with the staff) so we will be picking him up at 1 instead so at least I can give him food then xx
