Hey, During your fertile window, do you have sex every day or every other day? My gynaecologist said every other day is better as it builds up more sperm where online says every day! Thanks xx

Depends on results of semen analysis. If male partner has plenty of sperm/good semen analysis, do every day. Frequent ejaculations actually improve the quality and quantity of sperm. He's not going to run out. If seman analysis is not ideal, every other day might be best for you.
