When are you starting purées

My pediatrician said to wait till he's 6m if possible, but if he starts waking up STARVING in the middle of the night to give him some baby oatmeal before bed. He currently wakes up due to the sleep regression, but a minute of nursing and he's back asleep so i know its not because he's hungry

My sons ped said im able to start him now . He is 4 months as of the 11th of this month . She said just to mix a bit of oatmeal with the purée and a bit of formula.

Ok my pediatrician said once she starts taking two 6 oz bottles in the night then she’s ready to start with purées and always start with the vegetables first

@Lia mmm idk how much he drinks because he’s BF… why veggies first?

I did and he loved it!! He’s ped also said veggies first . I made a mistake of not doing veggies first with my oldest and now he’s very picky on which ones he eats . 😅
