How to know what salary to ask for? I have a “hybrid” role that consists of two distinct roles and am currently negotiating my pay rate.

I'd probably split the difference. Like, if one pays 80,000 on average, and the other pays 100,000 on average, I'd be thinking it would be somewhere around 90,000. But that's just my personal opinion. 🙂
I'm also assuming that you're working hours that accommodate one role. If you're working lots of extra hours to do both roles then I'd expect that you'd get paid much more to make up for all that extra time you're putting in.
I'd look up the average salaries of each role/job title and then ask for something in that ballpark. Glassdoor might also be able to tell you some information about salaries at the company.
