What do I feed my child?!?!

I’m starting to freak out on what I should be feeding my 16 month old.. all she likes is her oatmeal, the rusk rice cakes, French fries, yogurt pouches, chocolate milk, and water/apple juice mix.. she will also drink water by itself… she hasn’t been liking the other things I’ve tried giving her. Help!!!

We are kinda on same path....my best advice is to continue offering and make sure she's not filling up on milk to where she's not hungry for food. Try making yummy waffles made out of veggies and fruits.....broccoli fries etc.....but be consistent....its not abnormal at this age for them to do this....around 2yrs is where they start to eat and gain more.

Um. He gets the same foods we eat most of the time. Unless it's too greasy

I have some toddler cookbooks that are family sharing friendly. Though I have tried to many of their recipes.... Yet

I also have a few that are baby and toddler

And one called first meals

Healthy meals for babies and toddlers is another one I have ( dated though.... It came out before the recent study on allergens, so it's introducing foods table shows allergens at 1.... But it shows you information is only as relevant as how current it is... New information comes out on so many tht. All the time )

Thank you guys! ♥️

My kid loves steak but I cant make it everyday 😩 lol

My kid has always preferred purées so we got him eating more solid foods by working with what we knew he already liked… he graduated from yogurt pouches to full fat Greek yogurt that I mix with a little bit of fruit puree to sweeten it (the pouches have hardly any fat or protein which is what led me to this option). He’s always loved sweet potato puree so we graduated to mashed sweet potatoes with lots of butter. He likes hummus, peanut butter, Nutella, applesauce, basically anything spoonable so that’s what we have to work with. He’s starting to enjoy pasta with marinara (we use the Barilla protein pasta and make big batches to freeze and thaw as needed), cornbread, sometimes waffles (the Eggo fully loaded have some nutritional value)
