Any ideas
My little girl has recently come out with this next to her mouth, it's slowly getting bigger and bigger, however it doesn't seem to bother her.any suggestions what it could be?

Looks like it could be ringworm?
Does she have a dummy? My boy gets spots because he has a dummy of a nighttime. Build up of bacteria behind the dummy could cause it x
It may be worth getting it checked if it’s not showing signs of healing to make sure it isn’t impetigo (very contagious) x
