Anxious at night time?

Not sure if anyone feels this way and I have spoken to couple of my mum friends and they said totally normal and they felt the same. At night time I’m feeling so anxious and overwhelmed I want this pregnancy and this baby is so so wanted but I can’t help but feel anxious and scared, I have so many thoughts. Am I capable? Do I deserve this? Can I be a mum? I’m so scared but so excited I have also been seeing nothing but horror stories on TikTok of bad symptoms bad experiences please comment any nice experiences you’ve had with pregnancy! It’s so rare to find some!

This is my second pregnancy and with my first I had a wonderful pregnancy. No sickness or anything significant and for the first time in my life I loved my growing body. I felt amazing. ✨ Feeling my baby move was magical and giving birth to him was the best day of my life. I have loved being a mama (hence why I’m doing it all again). It’s hard don’t get me wrong and it’ll take time to adjust but you absolutely are capable and you absolutely deserve this. X

I feel the same way. This is my second pregnancy and I don’t remember this from my first but I also get very anxious at night and I’ve started to get insomnia and start spiralling at night. It’s probably just a phase and there’s a lot of hormones going on, from what I remember things start to seem more real in the second trimester and you start getting more excited and less anxious.

@Lauren Ahhhh Lauren I needed to see this!! Thank you so much for sharing! ♥️ I’ve been seeing so so many horrible symptoms and pregnancy stories I’ve been worried sick so seeing this genuinely made my heart happy. Thank you!

@Jana thanks for sharing jana. There’s not a lot of women who share their worries all I see is women being excited (I am) but I am also terrified 😂🫠

Completely normal! Like Lauren said, it is the best thing ever! And it’s all worth it, even though it’s hard.
