Never heard of dummy dipping 🤨 My first was on food at 17 weeks & My second was on food at 20 weeks.
Agree with Becca. It isn’t recommended because we now know that their digestive systems just aren’t really ready for anything other than milk until around 6 months
Honestly I wouldn't ever dip their dummy in something to offer them a taste, it's not how we're designed to first experience taste and texture
If the baby isn't interested in playing with and tasting food they aren't old enough for it. I personally wouldn't dummy dip just because the goal is to teach them how to eat not get them more attached to the dummy.
