Refusing dinner
What do you all do when LO straight up refuses dinner and just cries/plays? Do you offer alternative? Dad says to leave it if he’s not eating but I cant tell if he genuinely doesn’t like the food so I dont want him to go hungry!

Sometimes it helps if I put the food on a plate and just take it into the lounge where she will pick at it whilst playing. Obviously doesn’t work as well if it’s something saucy / messy 🙈 xx
Always have something you KNOW they like on the plate, if they’ll eat that but nothing else they probs don’t like it, but if they won’t eat any they’re just not hungry

My LG is currently going through this stage. If she is really hungry she will eat. So I've now limited snacks and milk in the day. This does seem to be helping. If your little one won't eat maybe try either increasing healthy snacks or limit to see if that helps x
