Weight Loss

Hi! I’m just wondering if anyone has any tips on weight loss with PCOS. I’ve lost just under 4 stone since having our second baby last October but I can’t get any lower than where I’m at - I either stay the same, put 2 on or lose 2lb. I go to the gym regularly and don’t eat junk, only drink water as well. I’m not where I want to be. I want to lose another 2-3 stone

I was always thin/athletically built my entire life, even throughout both of my pregnancies. My first pregnancy I was so thin during and after that I was always prepared for my doctor to scold me (she never did). But then after my second child was born (and both were c sections), I gained about 40lbs and just can’t lose it. I don’t eat that badly for the past 3-6mos but still don’t get anywhere. Not sure if this is a change to my metabolism after the pregnancies, having to do with having the c sections (there’s a shelf/pouch right about the scar and I always had a flat stomach my entire life!). But I hate it and now I never want to go anywhere because I feel fat and ugly. Sorry I don’t have tips, just saying you’re not alone and looking to follow this post to see if anyone else has good tips!
