Nappy issues

I am seeing LOTS of posts at the minute about troubles with nurseries and changing nappies. They’re all usually from parents of 2 and a half year olds and up… If it’s a problem and it’s causing distress, potty train them!! Not trying to victim blame at all, but they are big enough to be trained so get it done and there is no issue.

Not all children are ready to be potty trained

Mine is trained however I know a couple who arnt and they've tried. Some just sent ready. Don't hide, take ignotito off 😂

Ive not seen any complaints with nurseries changing nappies? But you're a bit rude and judgemental, are you not? Not all children at this age are ready to be potty trained, we tried our son a few weeks ago and he still isn't ready. There is absolutely no rush!

They might be big enough in your eyes, but not all children are ready. What an odd post

It's really just not as simple as that though is it. Probably an annoyed nursery worker having a vent.

People are literally paying for a service for their child to be cared for and looked after, including changing nappies. This is totally parent shaming and a really ableist view of things…
