Baby boy names

I’ve asked on this group before, but I’m trying one more time! Baby boy is due on 31 December and we’re desperately seeking a name. We have a girl called Angelina. I’m not fussed about having another ‘A’ name but open to the idea. Not ever so worried about them pairing together. Names with the same vibe as some of our current favourites, Rory (although I’ve massively gone off this as someone I know has just named their baby Rory), Albie, William and Bertie. Sensible suggestions please!

A good one for A could be Alex/Alexander? Means “Defender”

Albie is cute 🥰

@Beccy I like Alex ☺️ We did throw ‘Alec’ into the mix but not sure!

@Hannah it’s at the top of my list! 🥰 I just wonder if it’s becoming too common.

My cousins name is Angelina and her brothers name is Alessandro (Alex for short) x

The boys names on our list were Theo, Stan/Stanley and Otis. We went for Otis and love it!

I would choose a longer name with nickname potential as I think that matches best so Albert rather than Albie/Bertie How about Dominic, Nathaniel or Raphael/Rafferty for traditional names which are more unusual?

I like Albert or William. Do not care for the nicknames. I also like Everett, Alec, Anderson

@Kathryn I’m not too fussed on them being the same length or a good match. Really like Dominic but my Dad already has a grandson called Dom.

@Chloe fair enough! I also like Damian

We have an ‘Arthur’ but only ever been called ‘Artie’ for short

What about Blake, Chase, Graham, Cade, Calder

Albert could use Albie or Bertie as short forms so it’s kind of 2 for 1, I also Love William You might also like Angelina & Sebastian Angelina & Ronan/ Rowan Angelina & Fredrick (Freddie) Angelina & Oslo Angelina & Wesley Angelina & Johnathan (Johnny) Angelina & Benjamin (Benny) Angelina & peregrine (Perry)

A names I like Alfie, Adrian, Antoine, Alec. Other names we had on our list: Eli (short for Elijah), Mason, Carter, Jaimie, Liam, Luca. Our son is Logan

Eden Arnie Jamie Frankie Freddie Sammy Alfie

Archie

Our boy is called Cedric! Do you like that? We are due with a girl on 31 December and thinking of using the name Annabel.

Murphy Hadley Jasper Cassian Casey Archer Ezra Noah Levi Milo Rowan

Remy/Remington

I know it’s more traditional but we’re completely stuck on Oliver for our little boy due in December 🥰

I’m expecting a baby girl and wont be having any more after this one but funny enough, Rory was a contender for us too, although our top boy name was Rocco (Rocky). Still love it, followed suit with my italian name and i’m still so sad to not be able to use it 🥲

Reilly

We have a Riley. He is such a loving sweet boy and also likes to be cheeky, so I feel he suits his name! Towards then end of my pregnancy I almost changed my mind to Theodore or Felix, I also know a very sweet Reggie

Damian, Lincoln, Russell, Asher
