Tips for weaning

My 11 month old is barely interested in food 😂 It’s a push to get 2 meals a day out of her - she is still breastfed and does drink plenty milk. Any tips to help with encouraging more food. Or will this just happen naturally

Melty sticks were a great way for us to encourage self feeding and then build finger foods from there

Just keep trying a variety of different food to get baby used to the taste and texture and they’ll get there eventually x

My LO is the same (and breast fed) just when I think I’ve nailed a food / meal she likes she changes her mind - it’s exhausting! The fruit / yoghurt pouches she loves but the savoury ones she’s not keen on. Loves cottage pie / fish pie. Cheese and ham sandwich (deconstructed) at lunchtime. I’m hoping once she goes to nursery in January she’ll get better. X

My baby barely eats anything either but it’ll naturally come in time. They’re still so little. X
