Hello My baby boy is 8 months old and I found on this type of rash. Can anyone help what can be? And if I should worry? Atm he got a very nasty cold

Does he have a high temp with his cold? It looks like it could be a heat rash? But I'm not 100% sure! Don't forget to do the glass test!
