On days where you have little energy

Crafts,iPad and encourage independent play. Walk around the block with her pram or put her coat & wellies let her play in the garden

Go to a cafe, the charity shops or the supermarket. Basically go out where there are things to distract you both

Play doh!!!! It's my absolute saving grace 🤣

Get outside, walks or playground. I find it’s always easiest to parent outside!
