I started 7 weeks ish for both babies. First time was mini pull second was iud

I started at 3.5 months. The brand/dosage will depend if you are breastfeeding or not.

I started after my 8 week check up. I went back on a pill that was safe for my mental health, Id already learned pre-pregnancy. I considered and IUD but there is a risk of pain and increased pain when periods start again my OB said. I think it depends on each person, what you need from birth control.

Went straight back on the mini pill at 5 weeks. Always had the pill because it’s the only one I can stop straight that minute if it affects me in anyway. Just personal preference.

I think I was like 8 weeks pp or so when I went on birth control. I chose the implant in my arm and absolutely hated it and ended up getting it removed 8 months later due to bleeding all the time, mood swings, headaches and cramps.

You could have been on it since day one.

Btw I got my depo shot before I left the hospital all three times. Ended up giving me hot flashes this time tho so I quit getting it. Don’t know what to do now.

I've been on the mini pill since my 6 week appointment at the doctors.

Won’t be going back on any sort of pill or anything. Just messes with your hormones. Think my partner is getting the snip x

8 weeks on the pill.

After I gave birth, before I even left the hospital, I got back on birth control. I wasn’t leaving without it. But I went with the birth control I’ve always used, the depo shot. For some people the depo doesn’t do well for them at all. They gain weight and have major mood changes. But for me, the depo never changed my moods or never made me gain weight. I’ve always done well on it. So just do your research on the birth controls out there and figure which one is right for you.

At 5-6 weeks to prevent myself from jumping my husband before cleared😅

I'm not on anything at the moment. I was given the progesterone only pill at my 6 week appointment, but I've not taken it. I've not been okay mentally and so I didn't want to take contraceptives that might mess with my head. We just don't have sex (litrally only once since she was born and we checked that condom like crazy)
