Lactose intolerance babies
What lactofree products are you giving baby as alternative? Like any coconut yog brands? Partly yog says it has some salt in it so not sure

Coco collab from a health perspective is great as it sticks as close to pure coconut as possible without other additives. I gave a dairy intolerance myself so haven't tested lactose free only products

I get the squeezy yogurts, they're dairy free with coconut and in a separate section in tesco, they're about a 95p each or I buy a big pot of alpro soya yogurt and divide it up. Started making my little one jelly with frozen berries in them for something different for pudding
