Hooded baby towels if you want them! Wouldn’t bother with mittens most sleepsuits have them built in and they just fall off! Xx

I dont think your missing anything you have loads on your list I've not even considered x

That’s a great list! The only extra things I think I have are some newborn baby sensory stuff and a baby carrier (but neither are urgent for the first couple of weeks)

Brilliant list 👏🏾 made me add to mine thanks hun you are doing amazing 👏🏾

Nappy rash cream? Metanium cream is the best! x

I would just read up on the dock a tot, as they can be very unsafe for baby x

From one mumma to another and personal preference.. please don’t buy a rocket nor a breathing mat. They are sooo expensive and makes baby depending on being rocked to sleep, plus the mat will make you and your partner more paranoid. Being a tired mumma is hard work, you don’t need to put extra pressure on yourself relying on technology x

@Olivia thanks tbh it’s not really for baby to be in much it’s just that I live in an unusual set up. So I live at my mums house but in an annex in her garden, so my mums house is literally 5 steps away so just wanted something that I could take over there for baby to be in without having to take the next to me for example - I have seen the najell baby carrier nest thing too, but not sure if I can justify price and haven’t looked into it too much yet! Might wait till Black Friday see if any deals x

@Jess thanks for your advice! So the only reason I wanted some sort of breathing mat thing is that I suffer with really bad health anxiety myself and I’m just not sure if I’ll be able to sleep at night without it - it’s a catch 22! Xx

@Chloe completely forgot about this & stuff like infacol/ calpol etc. I need to look into some basic toliteries also but I have sensitive skin so don’t want to get anything too harsh for baby! Tbf can sort that out once he is here as think you just use water for a while anyway (first time mum and no idea haha) x

@Daisy thank you! Completely forgot about a carrier, I don’t suppose you have any recommendations? X

If the nest isn't for sleep then it's fine as a place to lay baby down with you supervising :) but also, baby will be happy enough you carrying them over to your mums in a blanket and just laying them down on that! You are right about not needing toiletries - buy calpol/infacol as you need it, you don't need any creams, lotions or baby bath etc for weeks and then just see how you go :) the only thing I get in is nappy cream! Carrier wise it depends what you prefer, a wrap is ideal for a newborn and will do for a good while and is usually most cost effective- you can buy any on amazon! If you want something more structured an ergobaby embrace is lovely for a newborn up to around 6 months, but then you'll need to switch to something else! I would recommend getting any carrier second hand off vinted :)

So organised!! Well done momma!
