Milton sterilising - help!

Going on holiday next week and I’ve never used Milton tablets to sterilise so I’m sorry if this is dumb. I understand the tablet to water ratio and that bottles take 15 minutes to sterilise. But once sterilised what do you do? I was under the impression with MAM bottles to build the bottle up (like when you microwave them) and that keeps them sterile for 24 hours. Won’t the bottles be wet with Milton? Do you dry them? Are they still sterile? Help please I’m super stressing out

You don’t need to rinse or dry Milton. Just shake off the excess water. You can assemble the bottle and keep the empty bottle in the fridge for 24 hours or can just stay in solution.

You could always lay them out on kitchen roll to air dry that’s what I do after I take them out of the microwave x

I have a bottle tree that I put the bottles on once I take them out of the water and let them dry and then build them up. But they can be used still wet.

@Shannon @Jayde so you can leave them to air dry and they’re still sterile? This is what has confused me. My steriliser at home drys and sterilises so I just make the bottles up once they’re done to keep sterile x

Yes they're still sterile of you leave them to dry.

Yes they’re fine I’ve done it since day one as I used the microwave xx
