Sometimes we offer an alternative but not always. Because he eats a lot in nursery and only wants some fruit after or just a yogurt.
Nothing really he would eat if he fancied it. We still give a cup of milk before bed so that helps!

Nothing. They go through stages of wanting to eat and then wanting little to nothing. Just offer it to your toddler if they don’t want it maybe wait a bit and try again.
