Having a baby but no transportation?

So back in last December I got into an accident. I’m currently pregnant again (after loss). Long story short I got a car from a shitty car dealership. Said they gave me insurance which I thought was full coverage. Dummy me I know. Was in a tight spot at the time. Now I have to pay over 1k to the lady. I have no parents or support system besides my hubby but he can’t afford a car rn and we can’t drive mine bc my license and vehicle registration is suspended. Has anyone had a child with lack of transportation. I’m trying my best to pay her insurance company but we’re swamped in bills and can’t afford it. 😭 I just wanna know how people went about it if they’ve been in my shoes. Thanks.

Hi Hailey! Have you heard of Safe Families for Children? It’s a nonprofit program that supports families! I’m not sure if they cover Steven’s point but I know they are in La Crosse! You should give them a call and see if they can offer you any support either way transportation! They strive to connect families together and build friendships and support systems! Sometimes if you're on like medicad, you can get a free Medical Transportation. Like they pay for it.
