I don’t think you can use the sauna, steam room, hot tub or have a massage unless it’s a pregnancy massage

Agree with above dont think can use steam room hot tub or sauna. Just also check the products they're using with any aromatherapy oils are safe in pregnancy. They possible have a pregnancy specific package lots of spas do.

The spa I went to around this far along adapted the temperatures so I could access all areas and used pregnancy safe products so I could have a massage etc x

I just had a spa day at 34 weeks :) I let the spa know so they adjusted the couch to suit me and had a facial so I didn’t have to be on my front. They also avoid certain pressure points and particular aromatherapy oils in pregnancy. As others have said, it’s not advised to use the sauna, steam room or hot tub in pregnancy. I went for a lovely swim though which was so nice as you feel weightless in the water! X

Yes it’s fine but likely you only will be able to use the pool for a swim and a lounger to relax on

Depends - there’s a lot you can’t/shouldn’t do in a spa so may make it pointless and a waste of money. E.g you shouldn’t go in hot saunas, hot tubs etc
