Frequent ear infections

My daughter is 3. Most of her life she has dealt with frequent ear infections. We got tube's put into her ears last October, but they seem to not be helping. I have reached out to her ENT and scheduled an appointment. I have also have tried to get in early. They have no early availability. Any suggestions.

Call another ent. See if pediatrician can send a referral over to ent. Sometimes that works best.

Does she suck the pacifier or bottle still? Sometimes that causes frequent ear infections. But yes, get a referral to an ent.

You can also buy kids Mullen garlic oil drops for the ears. Search on Amazon.

@Yaasmeen she has never taken a paci. And she stopped taken bottles once she turned 1.

Has she had her tonsils and adenoids looked at? I work at an ENT office and we see kids who have tubes placed also sometimes have tonsils and adenoids removed. If these are too large they could be blocking the Eustachian tube which could lead to fluid build up in the middle ear and those could turn into infections. Her GP could take a look and see and maybe send a rush note to her ENT if needed. Maybe ask them to do a peer to peer so her GP can inform the ENT of her symptoms and concerns and need to be seen sooner. Good luck!
