Overeating- should I be concerned?

My little boy was always following 25th centile pretty much from birth until around 6 months. Since starting BLW he has always been a huge foodie and I am not exaggerating when I say he never stops eating! He eats more than I do a lot of the time, he's now 15 months old and I've weighed him he's now over the 90th centile! I know it's often said that babies can't over eat when doing BLW and they will only eat what they need but he will just eat and eat and eat and not stop 🙈 is this normal or should I cut down what he is eating because I feel like I'm giving him too much?

Sooo I will let my kids eat as much as they want if they're whole foods. I had grandparents comment on how big my sons stomach was getting and then BAM a month later he has a growth spurt and his tummy disappeared. I've seen this happen again and again as he's grown and I'm doing the same with his sister. I personally don't believe in too much when they're real unprocessed foods.

My child is pretty much the same, can eat so much. We try to give him very healthy food and let him play with the food until he is done.

My twins weighed 5lb8 and 5lb10, both on the 4th centile (I think). St 6 months one went bottlefed, the other stayed boobfed, the boobfed one ate like a champ, the bottle one ate well but nowhere near as much as boob one. At their 11 month review there was over a kg difference between them, and only a cm in height. One was 25th centile the other 75th. I've no idea what they are now but they've both sacked milk off completely and both are good eaters, the skinny one especially! So, all babies are different, they eat intuitively and I'm sure your bubs is just right.

My 2.5 year also was a crap eater! But she was bigger than my skinny twin by miles at the same age. And as above mentioned, she's gone from pot belly to no belly to pot belly to no belly like 4 or 5 times since we started weaning 🤣

My lad doesn’t stop either! Doesn’t matter if he’s just eaten a meal - if he sees one of us with food then he wants it 😂 He’s so active in the day and literally does not stop moving so he must need it! X
