@Tiffany so I did just watch a video on it thank you for letting me know but I can’t find something to educate me on the pillow ( I will be removing it still just want to know why it’s unsafe )
@Shirley Devora basically because anything that doesn't come with the carseat, isn't tested to be safe in a crash.

Is that a car seat? If so, you need to remove that star pillow, the grey pads need to go on top of the shoulders (only if they came with the seat, if they didn't take them out) and the chest clip needs to go up to armpit level. Straps should also be coming from behind the shoulders if they're not, it looks like they're coming from above here.
