Could you maybe make a curry with rice, bread cut up and some sauce for dipping? Could add little bits of meat if you’re comfortable. Pesto pasta as well with bits of bagel. Another thing that we do is just a picky lunch. Bunch together a load of picky items that she can eat on her own (gives you time to do a chore or 2 😂) feta (dairy free for you of course) cucumber, puffs or vegetable stick crisps, fruit of some sort, toast maybe etc. I don’t even plate that up, just pop it all on the tray and let her have at it 😂 a lot of people do pizza pinwheels or roll ups
Also omelette cut into strips, can add other things as well
We are dairy free too. What about homemade pin wheels? Loads of recipes online
My little one is milk free and i do things like omlette, pasta with tuna or ham etc, egg on toast, crackers, sausage roll if u buy the frozen ones and bake urself they dont usually contain milk, rice with chicken
Today we had her fave on pasta mixed with butter, cheese, tuna flakes with Sweetcorn and cherry tomatoes. She absolutely loves it and probably the only meal that she barely throws on the floor:)
DF yoghurt with fruit, egg and veg muffin cups, banana and oat pancakes, baked porridge fingers, boiled eggs and toast
Following, my LO has severe cmpa and I always struggle with lunch meals xx
We have the same issues as my girl has a few allergies dairy included If baby can have egg hard boiled egg is good Crumpets with df butter Make your own pancakes with oat milk/soya milk Pasta with tuna Honestly you can make anything for baby just change butter to df and milk into your choice of alternative
Banana pancakes (1 banana, egg and 2 heaped tbl spoon of plain flour) , courgette fritters (same as banana but grated courgette instead) can also do carrot fritters too, eggs (scrambled, fried or omelette), avo on toast and most of the time left overs from the previous nights dinner
