Kegel excurises

I had my son via c-section in 2020, and I haven't been sexually active for over 4 years. A couple of nights ago, I made an attempt and I felt really loose to the point where I felt super insecure and just stopped. I had no idea that childbirth and pregnancy can loosen up the vagina, and I didn't do any Kegel exercises. My question is, what are some simple ways to start practicing Kegel exercises?

Look into Perifit!

I don’t do kegels and feel really tight whenever I attempt anything with my partner. I am starting Pelvic floor therapy next month thankfully to hopefully help.

I would recommend seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist. Kegels aren't always the best option

@Jessica I didn't even know there's such a thing. I'm going to ask my GYN. Thank you so much!

@Christina🤱🏼🍂☕️♈️ its super weird. I never had an issue down there. My husband was my first at 22, so for me feeling like it was a slip and slide after 4 years of no sexual activities, it made me feel so uncomfortable.

@Rachel have you ever used this product? I'm looking right now. Thanks!

I have tons of issues. Prior to having my child. Autoimmune issues but for me, it’s like being a virgin all over again. Pelvic floor therapy is my last hope. I started it after I gave birth and had moved so I never found a place to follow up with but finally found one. I’ve been 6 months without activity and tight like a virgin. My husband of course loves it. It’s like I’m 16 again but I don’t like it. It’s painful and uncomfortable. I wish you the best! Pelvic floor therapy isn’t talked about enough! Women shouldn’t have to suffer after pregnancy
