@Ashley indeed it is. I begged my MIL to spare me but she didn't n kept doing it straight 30 mins. Bless her ... after 10 days my husband was like how ur tummy got flat so fast. I'm like thanks to ur momma i dont have to smell that anymore 🤮
any foul /offensive smell is usually indicating an infection, whether it’s from your vagina or bacteria that’s entered your womb, you need to get checked. lochia doesn’t smell bad 🌸

I gagged always when i had to change. Thanks to my MIL she massaged my tummy everyday for 10 days and boom lots of blood n discharge came out. And i got empty in 10 days but few days i had spottings.
