Baby Eating Question
Hey Mommas! My son is 10 weeks old, we weighed 14lb 13.6 ounces at our two month check up! But we eat like 4-5 ounces per feeding and only eat about 5/6 times a day. Is this normal? How much do yalls babies eat? Hes gaining weight! But im afraid if hes not getting enough. I feed him whenever he acts hungry

Hi! I think you are good! Mine eats less ounces but more often bc of her reflux, she was 12lb 4oz at her 3 months weight check up last week. Each baby is different but if you Dr. Is not worried you are ok
24-32oz a day is the average! Sounds like your son is getting enough! Mine eats between 21-24 daily. Mine eats 4oz 6x a day

If your pediatrician isn’t worried, and baby seems happy and full in between feedings I wouldn’t worry about it. My 11 week old is on the lower growth curve for weight and eats 9 times a day still. Just depends on the baby!
