We were going to do the same but we had the same issue you have with everything being shut on her actual birthday (13th). Not sure where you’re based but the book, “Dear Zoo” are doing a UK tour in theatres at the moment, so we’re going to make a day out of it and go and see it! Edit: we actually have hired a role play cafe the weekend of her birthday for her party too!
We are taking our LO to bubble planet. We’ve heard great things and it’s indoors. We recently just took our son to West Midlands Safari park which he loved, it’s got a small theme park area so he was able to do about 7 rides. The weather hasn’t been terrible recently so we managed it wrapped up.
We’re going to Peppa Pig World/Paultons Park! I have checked and Legoland is definitely open on weekends in November and December ☺️ x
We are going to bubble planet in Wembley. Head great things about it and it's indoors 😊 xx
My daughters birthday is on the 23rd and we are doing a light trail in the evening x
Legoland has a few selected dates in November. I’ve been looking this morning, they currently have November 23rd and 30th available We’re going to go trampolining on her actual birthday. I’m still trying to find an activity for the weekend to include others.

Have you looked at Gulliver in Milton Keynes? It's not as big but the have a dino and farm one side then rides on the other side. I'm sure it's open I used to take my eldest daughter all year round. we're doing Legoland as our toddler is at the start of November but doing Gulliver at Christmas
