A few things my little boy has actually eaten more than a few mouthfuls of: -Jacket potato with beans, tuna and cream cheese -Penne/Rigatoni pasta with spinach purée stirred in or a sauce made with loads of veggies blitzed up and cheese on top -'pizza' wrap/quesadilla things made in the frying pan (can also add shredded chicken or veg) -salmon flakes stirred into rice or with sweet potato wedges -mild veggie curry or daal -bean chilli blitzed up bit (so messy though 🙈😭)

Also following for more ideas bc weaning feels like a full time job!!

We do: Spaghetti bolognese Pilau rice Jacket potato with cheese and beans/tuna Fish fingers, beans and veg Fish and veg Mash potato, gravy and chicken Mostly just our dinners altered for her. My toddler is extremely fussy and would never touch most of these, but my 10 month old is a massive foody so entirely depends on the baby!

- Cottage / shepherds pie - Fajitas - Chicken and mushroom risotto - Pesto pasta (any kind of pasta or pasta bake really) - Salmon, potatoes + veg - Tortilla pizzas (any toppings!) - Butter chicken curry - Chilli con carne - Cauliflower cheese gnocchi bake - Lamb kebabs - Lasagne (meat or veggie) I've also been trying to think of different things for this week that our LO hasn't really tried yet - it's hard 😅

I give him what we are having mostly, just without any salt etc. Recently: - Sunday roast (chicken, Yorkshire pudding, all the vegetables) - spaghetti and meatballs (he loved this. It was a faff but I made a massive batch so have future dinners prepared) - fish pie - salmon with rice, avocado - lasagne (making a chicken & spinach one this week) - pastina - omelette - deconstructed fajitas

My baby is 10 month old and she loves cinnamon roll french toast, pasta bolognese, mashed potatoes and chicken nuggets, Jollof/Fried rice.

I follow quite a lot of accounts on Instagram for ideas, some good ones are: yummy_little_belly The weaning gp Rebecca Wilson food This week some of the ‘easy’ ones I’ve made are apple fritters, cheesy sweet potato and broccoli tots and pizza french toast. I had exactly the same as him each time as they were so nice! The tots and fritters can also be frozen which is always a bonus!
