Toniebox

Thinking of getting a toniebox for either birthday or Xmas present. Has anybody got one and are they actually good?

Yup, she’s only started to take more of an interest in now she’s older. She really enjoys it - it’s easy to use and the characters are collectible. They are quite expensive though but age appropriate. The other alternative is a Yoto Player - the same sort of thing but has more features and is usually more bang for your buck as it grows up with your child.

Yes! We had it since last Christmas and she took to it straight away. She has been able to control it herself since she was 13m. She loves the tonies characters and loves listening to the stories as well as the songs.

Ahh might be a good one to get then. Just really struggling to think what kind of toys he’s going to like!

We started with some songs ones and some characters she likes form stories like the gruffalo and Pooh bear and Tigger. As she likes more and more stories we buy more story ones. So we have a lot of Julia Donaldson ones, Paddington and Peter rabbit. I always listen to an audio sample before deciding to buy one.

Our lg loves hers we got after Christmas last year with birthday and Christmas money that had been given. We’ve got the night light and quite a few of the tonies we pop one on for her to listen to before bed and if we want some screen free time my favourites are Paddington bear, mog, the Beatrix potter ones
