What are you most looking forward to when your baby comes?

Hi mums, Pregnancy can be really overwhelming, not to mention thinking about the birth. Many of us also are struggling with our relationship with our bodies, our partners and families, so instead, I want to know what is it that you are looking forward to! What warms your heart when you think about life with your little one? What warmed my heart when I was pregnant was thinking about me and my daughter smiling and laughing together about something silly, or finding out her unique likes and dislikes. Now that she’s 2, I love to imagine her having proper conversations with me about the world and asking all these questions I have no answers to. What about you?

What I’m most excited about is our first Christmas as a family of 3 and then getting to experience the world though our baby’s eyes together with his daddy :,)

When I was pregnant all I wanted was to end my anxiety of something g going wrong and not being able to drive the 10 minutes to the hospital. I didn't realise how much more anxiety I would have the next 6 months. Now that he's two I love watching him learn new things and his little dance/singing performances

@Kat omg!!! Our first Christmas was indeed magical!! Children give meaning to all the fuss around decorating, wrapping gifts, music and food ❤️

@Ellie I felt I was at my most vulnerable when pregnant, it was very energy draining. And I’m with you 100% on the performances!!! Children are natural entertainers 😂❤️

@Amanda he only is able to get the last word out of each line. It's so cute."....Love...... fire.....excited......place......"

I’m excited for her 3rd birthday, we’re just doing a family party but she asked for baby shark theme and funfetti cake and she’s going to be sooo excited. I’m also excited for Christmas, last year she didn’t really understand the concept of Santa but this year she will definitely get it more and be excited. I’m also excited for my 8 month old and older daughter to play more together, they were playing drums together and grabbing each others noses the other day and it was the cutest thing.

@Rebecca im also SO excited for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. Shes got so much more communicative not that shes 2, so i cant waiiiit to see how shes going to be at 3. Last Christmas she cried really hard when seeing my husband as Santa, so lets see how this year will be 😂 It’s wonderful she has a sibling! It seems their relationship can be so good it’s magical! That surely is a lovely thing to look forward to
