Bleeding
Had my baby last Friday and I've still had a bleed I'm still bleeding a little anyone know how long this goes on for ? I am breastfeeding so I'm not sure if it's just the bleed from after having baby or a period.... I was told it takes about 6-8 weeks for a menstrual cycle to come back depending on how baby is fed 🤷

With my first I breastfed for 2 weeks, then it stopped, and then it came back for another 3 weeks. It’s normal to bleed for up to 6-8 weeks
I exclusively breastfed my first, I bled for about 10 weeks, part of that was my first period. It just takes time!
Breastfeeding/pumping can lead to gushes of blood eight after feeding as hormones releases during feeding cause uterus contractions
I BF and my bleeding stopped after day 3 and started again day 14
I’m 3 weeks PP and still bleeding. It’s normal after birth x
I bled for over 6 weeks with both of mine, both ebf

You can bleed for weeks and weeks after birth. If you're concerned you should speak to your midwife or health visitor.
