Hi lovely, so sorry to know you're feeling that way but equally, well done for reaching out. What works for me when I feel low is going out for daily walks and choose either music that will uplift me or a funny podcast to listen to. If not, I call a friend that I can just have a laugh with. Also, please reach out to your GP and midwife and tell them how you're feeling as they might refer you to a therapist depending on the waiting list in your area but if you can afford it, get one yourself. Pregnancy is one of the toughest things we go through and the sudden surge of hormones doesn't help. Don't feel embarrassed to ask for help from medical professionals as it's very normal to feel that way. Sending you hugs and hope you get to feel better at some point 🤗

Thank you so much

You are absolutely not alone !!!! I’m currently 37 weeks with my second and I’ve been feeling really low . I honestly feel like the daylight hours are not enough and it’s making it worse . I usually keep myself busy and just remind myself that it’s my hormones it gets better honestly . If it doesn’t please seek help . I had a therapist at one point and it was more than helpful just to vent to someone who is willing to listen . Pamper yourself get nice and cosy if you can at home with lots of nice candles and a cup of tea xxxxx

I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way, Samia. It's important to take care of yourself, especially during pregnancy. Have you considered talking to a healthcare provider or a counselor about how you're feeling? They can offer support and guidance to help you overcome these feelings of depression. Remember, it's okay to seek help, and you're not alone in this. Your well-being is crucial, especially during this important time.
