Sitting and trying to stand

She’s rolling nonstop, sitting for short periods but if she gets excited she flings herself over, and standing supported all the time. She always wants to be jumping! She’s tried a few foods and hates them all lol she’s only had one bottle in the last like 3 months and held it with one hand and a foot. She says hi, yay, and dada. Signs more and milk. Gives hugs and kisses. I think that’s about it for now

If someone says their baby is walking at 6 months then they're lying 😂

Crawling. Standing with support. had tried 3 foods and enjoys them so far. Only had a bottle once. Responds to her name. Super vocal. No teeth. Wakes up 1-2 times a night.

@Tessa my baby wants to stand too. How do you get your baby to stand supported ?

Can roll on side but not rolling yet can sit almost by herself idk about standing yet she’s holding her bottle alone a lot but still needs help babbling a lot to

Rolls on the bed but not on the floor because he’s afraid to hurt himself. Sits. Stands with support before his little knees buckle. Is tasting purées but so far there’s been a lot of gagging. Still breastfeeding. His big party trick is that if I tell him to poopy after a big meal or long sleep when he’s on the changing table he will poop straight in his already wet diaper on command. Makes clean up faster. Super proud of that one.

@Rachel mine can "walk" with support if i hold her hands she wobbles alot but can move her legs and walk on command that way! Can't walk on her own yet though i give it another month or a little more to do that

@Alecia Wynter I let her climb me and guide her knees and feet close to a standing position. They'll need strength from tummy time to do this because it's not just strong legs but a strong head control, tummy control, and arm coordination. I only encourage standing if I see my baby attempting to do so and it only lasts a few seconds.

6 months: rolling, sitting, trying to stand, did not figure out crawling yet, says hi, and barks at the dog😂
