Maybe it would be I'll Follow you by Shinedown or More Than Words by Extreme. I really have no clue. It depends on the vibes I'd be going for. And I kind of want to do one of those choreographed first dances, but I don't know what song I'd pick for it.
I had a courthouse wedding here in Atlanta, so when we went in they had old school R&B playing. As we stepped up to say our vows “Never Too Much” by Luther Vandross started playing and it played in the background while we said our vows and took pictures. I already love that song and it felt so perfect. So that’s our song now 💕

Mine was "I would do anything for love" by Meatloaf. It was actually kind of a joke for my husband. We had a very casual wedding. We have completely opposite tastes in music and don't really have a "song." The whole time we were planning our wedding we couldn't decide on a first dance song. We ended up deciding on "when you say nothing at all" by Allison Krauss, which is a song that does remind me of him but he doesn't love. Meatloaf was kind of a running joke between us because he never understood why I liked him but would say he loved that I loved Meatloaf because somebody had to. I ended up asking the dj to change the song last minute and when my husband realized what it was he just started laughing. The downside was the song is almost 8 minutes long and the dj was supposed to cut it off early and didn't 🥴😅

(It was a shotgun wedding so we went together and met some family there.) It sorta became our song. Realizing as I type this at 9 weeks pregnant that Anthony would be a really meaningful name if it's a boy 🥹 so thank you for helping me realize that.

I'm also glad I had a short wedding dress because I had to kneel sooo many times (it was quiet amusing by the end because I had soo much skirt every time I knelt it basically went to my chin. But im glad i did it there. My parents married in that church, we were all christened there and my granddads ashes are at that church)
