Hair loss

Has anyone cracked the code of hair loss in mothers? I had my baby 2 years ago and I am thinking that a huge cut is my only solution at this point. I have thin curly hair past my shoulders and I have tried it all. I am back taking prenatal vitamins hoping it will help. I have reduced heat and started doing bf natural styles 90% of the time. I just don’t know what else to do.

You need hair vitamins that contain huge amounts of Biotin, and collagen. Mulit Vitamins aren’t concentrated in any one vitamin it’s a trace amount of all vitamins - to combat hairloss our body needs huge amounts of Biotin and collagen. I take “hair skin nails” as an all rounder, an extra hair vitamin and try to incorporate more collagen into my diet plus I’ve lately bought a collagen powder to help. Get a hair gummy/vitamin 🙃 my hair loss only lasted 2-3m

You’re telling me it doesn’t get better in 2 years 😱😫 I’m only 4 months PP and the amount of hair loss is alarming. I’m still taking my prenatal and cut my hair short. I was hoping it would get better in a year or so.

I’ve tried so many vitamins, including the ones with biotin and collagen. The only thing that did help mend my hair quality is tracking macros. Once I started tracking the consumption of my protein, it was a game changer. Took about couple months.

My boys are 4 and nooothing was helping me. This stuff is. My husband, mum, and friends are noticing a difference too. https://hairlavie.com/

@Anna at about 6 months postpartum it was insane - I had a slight boost at about a year after a cut and taking a ton of vitamins but lately I have just plummeted and I am really upset about it
