Extreme pain when baby kicks & moves

Has anyone else struggled with extreme pain when your baby kicks & moves around? It actually makes me cry it’s so painful. I’ve struggled the whole way through the pregnancy with pain/tenderness in scans (bringing me to tears) but it’s just getting worse as the pregnancy goes on. I didn’t have this with my first baby and just wondered if anyone else has experienced this? Seeing my midwife on Tuesday but just interested if anyone else is in the same boat?!
