Aww it’s normal for mama bears to worry and hate seeing their little ones sick. Unfortunately, getting sick is part of growing. Trust that you know how to care for her and she is building her immune system by fighting germs. I know it’s so scary, but if it feels crippling you should also ask a dr about your feelings because post pardem anxiety is real and can present in a variety of ways.

@Heidi thank you yea I need to remind myself it doesn't mean she'll have another seizure just because she's ill I was under the drs last year due to PPD & A which is alot better now it's just when she's unwell with a temp my anxiety goes into overdrive x

@Jade I can totally relate. My LO had a convulsion when she was 18 months old as she had Covid. It’s been almost 2 years since and whenever she gets unwell I am very much on edge. I’ve also had therapy for PPD and anxiety related to her health since the episode 2 years ago but it’s hard not to be crippling when they are unwell. Sending you love. As I type this. Today my LO randomly developed temp of 39 deg. Given her calpol/ neurofen but I haven’t been able to get any sleep at all.
