Is this successful ovulation???

So, we have been tried for about 3-4 yrs now. Doctor started me on “CLOMID” (first round) on day 5. So we’re really praying and talking a lot on baby things. Idk.. my gut says I’ll get pregnant. But you know how that can turn out… :( I’m new to the whole idea on ovulation test. My ovulation symptoms are: cramping mostly mid day, feeling like I have to urinate a lot, fullness or heaviness in pelvic, Nausea. They are pretty mild. I usually don’t get PMS/ period pain a lot unless it’s really heavy in the first few days, of period. We also have been taking a multivitamin vitamin for him/ her. I had two morning ovulation test yesterday (CD 18) that were lighter then the one I put up for (CD 18) @ 4:50pm. So, I’m having a hard time reading or maybe not… and I just tested wrong. 🤷🏼‍♀️
