Breastfed to formula

I’m attempting (poorly) to transition onto formula away from breast milk. At 8 months old what schedule are your formula babies on?

My little one is 9 months, he has 7oz 3 times a day at 7am, 3pm and then 7/8pm roughly, may slightly different in times but we try stick to 3 meals and 3 bottles now x
