Not eating much

So my little one lately hasn't been eating much. Only things she will have is plain pasta, chips, garlic bread, carrots, yoghurt, sometimes mash potato and store bought Pancakes. I don't know what I am doing wrong, but she used to eat a lot more variety of food. I am starting to worry that she is not getting enough vitamins and minerals...

To be honest that sounds pretty normal toddler behaviour - our son only eats his favourite foods too and we just try and sneak in vegetables where we can, we give our little one multivitamins in his milk in the evening to make sure he is getting everything he needs!

@Kate thanks, I wasn't sure what is happening as she used to be a good eater. I try to give her vitamins but she refuses them. Even if I add it to her drink she won't have it. I'll keep trying though

This is quite reassuring to hear. I was just coming on here to ask the same thing. We have put it down to teething and becoming very aware of what she wants… or doesn’t want 🤦🏼‍♀️ Just keep offering and hope she grows out of it soon. X

Mine eats pretty much this exact same list of foods and nothing else 🤣

We use the abidec vitamins and mix it in with milk, my son doesn't seem to notice the difference!

Unfortunately, I think this is normal... my boy is so fussy! We hide vitamixin vitamins in his wheatabix. Its an expensive but amazing vitamin powder that has a neutral taste and has all the vitamins and minerals you need (not calcium) x
