How to stay calm
I’m 9 weeks pregnant after a missed miscarriage last year. I had a scan at 7+5 and baby was absolutely fine. I’m so anxious and worried all the time. I worry about lack of symptoms, I worry I’ve had another missed miscarriage, I worry about every last little thing. Does anyone have any tips on how to stay calm and be less worried?
Hi ☺️ it’s so hard to stay calm and I was just like you with my rainbow pregnancy after a missed miscarriage. I took each day as it came, tired to keep As busy as possible so my mind didn’t wander. I also did some mindful meditations from the calm app. Sending a big hug and hope all goes well with your pregnancy 🤞❤️ xx
