Pooing in the night / nappy rash

The past two nights my little boy has done a poo in the middle of the night but we have been completely unaware as he hasn’t cried and has gone back to sleep. Yesterday he also did 8 poos and his bum is so so sore. I’ve been giving him nappy free time and using sudocrem but does anyone else have any suggestions to help clear it up? I know they say teething doesn’t affect bowel movements and teething poos aren’t a thing. But has anyone had this with their little one? I’m pretty sure his molars are on the way.

I remember my daughter doing that and the awful raw skin nappy rash it caused it was bad, she's 14 now and I can remember it clearly. The only thing that works for quick healing I've found is this yellow cream, you'll probably have loads of others say the same. It's in most supermarkets, savers, Boots and home bargains now have it too x

Metanium is a life saver!! I also think teething plays apart in bad nappy’s! When my little boy has teeth coming through his nappies are awful x

My little ones bum was raw when she got her first too teeth through it looked so so sore 😩 we use bepanthem and then put sudocrem over top. This is what the midwife told us to do when she was tiny and it’s always worked. We do it last nappy at bedtime too and she never wakes up sore ✨

Teething poos are definitely a thing. Never had nappy rash ever before his first tooth arrived and face boy had it twice since, both at teething times. We’ve used metanium and it’s healed really quickly. He also doesn’t scream we’ve we put that on but sudocrem hurts

Another vote for Metanium, I don’t buy anything else. It’s so good 🙌🏻

Clean and dry bum, put a nice layer of bepantham on followed by sudocreme over the top. By the morning you should start to see q drastic improvement if not completely fine again x
