Teething

HV said our girl was teething (she didn't look at her gums just her behaviour). I thought teething was lasting just 8 days maximum? She's been covering herself in drool for more than 8 days and her gums look more or less similar today. Though she is napping more, waking up more at night and being fussier in the day than before. Between growth spurt, sleep regression, teething and colds season I have no clue what she has but the fact that HV said teething when the only thing is that she is drooling a lot, it felt a little generic for her to say that. Picture of her gums from Wednesday, q day before seeing HV. Any thoughts?

@Natalia were they in pain for the whole time?? As someone with experience, what would you say are THE signs physically and in her behaviour?

Definitely my girl at the moment, no flushed cheeks or fever but she bites into everything she can and gets frustrated. She drools everywhere, when she tummy time she has drool all over her hands, face and chest and she's a bit cranky. But she has a cold as well, which doesn't help. So I guess we will see how long it takes 😂 hopefully she's not in pain Yes definitely agree, it feels like every baby that age is 'teething' 😂
